I'm coaching vball at Faith Academy. One of the greatest things is I get to coach with one of my best friends in the Philippines Val! (click on her blog) We were killing time before a game by hanging out in the school library. We started looking at a Magic Eye book. You know the kind where you have to stare at the image and it sort of appears? Well Val had NEVER been able to see one before. But because of the great coach I am I was able to teach her! She finally got it! And this smile is genuine! She was sooo excited!
Before the games the girls have a few different ways to get themselves pumped up for the game. This is one of their ways. Don't worry if you can't understnad it....its pretty much a bunch of yelling and jumping around...but hey it works! And we won the game!!!!

Yes, you are definately using your coaching abilities at their best. Too bad they don't have a 3D picture seeing Far East...
ahhhhhh I LOVE it!!! This is so weird for me to watch tho! I miss the team so much! I just signed up for vball intramurals tho so I hope that flies cuz I don't really know anything about my team or when to play!

I'm a sinner saved by Grace. God radically changed my life Feb 7, 2004. I look back to my life before Christ and sometimes it feels like a movie of my memories. But that's how amazing God is. The power of Jesus on the cross is enough to transform any life. Just look at Paul. I pray to fall more in love with Jesus every day. I am a missionary in Manila Philippines teaching and coaching at Faith Academy (www.faith.edu.ph) High Schoo part time. Full time God has allowed me to be an awesome part of ministering to the poor in a squatter village called Tanza. I just love the women and people there soooo much. I have two amazing parents and am the middle child of 5 kids. I have two beautiful nieces and one handsome nephew. I played 3 years of college volleyball before having my second back surgery. I graduated from The University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in HS Special Education. I'm a country girl at heart. I love sports and have been playing since I was old enough to pick up a ball. The three most important things to me are the Lord, my family, and my friends.
